Hi, I’m woodsy, and I founded two mutts AUDIO™ to meld my two life passions of music and technology.
Originally from the UK and a child of the 80s, I played in bands, helped out in a recording studio, and worked in a Northern club on sound and lights.
My earliest band memories are of walking our gear to a gig across town, with the drums in a wheelbarrow…
Now, after a professional electronics career spanning 30+ years, 20 with Arm, at the cutting edge of technology in Silicon Valley, I am finally building my own audio company.
Initially, two mutts AUDIO was aimed at designing and producing audio hardware – which we did with some successful reimagined vintage analog clones – but I am returning to the passion of writing and producing awesome music.
Inspiration
The two mutts AUDIO name was inspired by the world’s most adorable shop dogs – Ruby, the hairy grey one, and Mr. Pickles, the black scruffy one – who are pivotal to the whole operation.
Our story wouldn’t be complete without my amazing creative wife, Maria – an artist, maker and photographer. Maria pens all our artwork when she isn’t crafting her own fashion accessories and home decor!
